Age 49 of Forest Lake. Passed away unexpectedly on February 4, 2016 of natural causes. Preceded in death by parents, Nancy Miller Terry Yurkew. Survived by children, Allie Matthew Butler; siblings, Christopher Mary Miller; cousin, Dave (Audrey) Yurkew; second cousins, David III, Tyler, Brandon, Briana Yurkew; aunts uncles, DeeDee, Sharon, Mark, Ralph Miller. A private family memorial will be held in Spring of 2016.
