Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I’ve been living in Colorado for the last 15 years – and while working on an artsy fartsy project, I was looking for pictures of Der Lach Haus and found this obit of Bob in my internet journey.

I’m so sad to see this.

I worked at “The Lach” with Muzzy, Greg & Bob back in the late 70’s… And my fondest memories of Bob was at my house – trying to take decent pictures of each other – because we all bought season passes to Trollhaugen for $75 each by going in as a “threesome” in July. That must have been in 1978 or 1979…

Bob was a joy.. such a happy dude.

  2. Berta, This is Susan, your old co-worker from Gander! My deepest condolences to you and your family in the loss of your beloved husband. I remember you telling me how much in love you two were, which will hopefully lift you up as you walk forward. Peace to you, Susan.

  3. My deepest sympathy to Bobby’s family. I remember Bobby as a young elementary classmate. May he rest in peace.

  4. I wish to offer my deepest sympathy to all of the Boehm family. I regret that I cannot make it for the service or gathering for Bob,all of you have been in my thoughts & prayers thru his battle. Bob had a heart of gold, always had a smile on his face. It is so hard to let go, but he is in a better place now & he fought hard to the end. I will never forget the years we spent together. I am so happy that he found Berta they were a perfect match for each other. So sorry Berta for your loss, he will live on thru you.

  5. Bob has been in my thoughts and prayers these recent months. I am sorry to hear he lost the battle to that terrible disease. The members of the class of 1975 will remember him fondly. My best wishes to his family as they continue on without him. Rest in peace, Bob.

  6. I was a guest at Bob & Berta’s home and witnessed Bob playing ball with his dogs…inside the house! He’d bounce the ball off a wall and they would go nuts. His love of animals and the outdoors was evident by the way he lived his life. He was a rugged outdoorsman and he and Berta fit one another like a glove. It was an honor to witness their life together. He will be remembered always.

  7. We offer our Deepest Sympathy and Condolence to Berta, Aunt Cora and cousins. Bobby’s battle of Cancer was Couragously fought, after all he had his Army to support him. Bobby loved the gift of life. He wrote in his Christmas Card “I thank you for your prayers and have Faith in them Helping.” With that Faith he is at PEACE. Our Love Glen and Ruth

  8. To the whole Boehm family, I offer my deepest sympathy. Bob was a fighter and I’m sorry for your loss. Prays are with you all.

  9. We wish to offer our deepest sympathy and condolences to the family of Bob Boehm. We are sorry to learn that the cancer that he fought so couragesly could not be concered. We are certain that his life and his spirit will be remembered carefully by his family and all that knew him. God bless each of you. Our love and prayers.

  10. I wish to offer my deepest sympathy to all of the Boehm family. To Cora especially, I love you and care for you and in this your deepest sorrow, my heart is with you.
