Richard "Dick" Haworth
December 16, 1937 ~ July 15, 2020
Age 82 of Forest Lake.
Loving Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa, Brother passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on July 15, 2020. Preceded in death by parents, Lesli brothers, Jerry & Bob. Survived by wife of 61 years, Arlene; children, Debbie, Patrick (Debbie), Betsy (Rick) Perreault, Jennifer (Mitch) Branum; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren with 4 on the way; siblings, Judy (Dave) Krause, Jim (Carol); nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
Dick served on the Wyoming Fire Department for 28 years; he served some of those years as Chief & and some as Fire Inspector, he also served on the Wyoming Planning Commission. He especially enjoyed camping, fishing & traveling.
Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Tuesday, July 21st at The Church of St. Peter, Forest Lake. Visitation 9-10:30 AM at Roberts Family Life Celebration, Forest Lake that same morning. Interment, Calvary Cemetery, Forest Lake. All guests are required to wear a mask.
Hi Arlene and family – We are so sorry for your loss. Connie Schultz called me Sunday evening with the news!! Don and I recall your coming for our 50th anniversary celebration. It was a long way for you and we so appreciated it. We were married 54 years July 16! We were so glad the year that Joan and Jerry and Don and I came for your anniversary in Wyoming. Christmas will not be the same seeing Dick with you at Rick and Betsy’s house. I hope you will still come Arlene and stay long enough for me to get there. I am always juggling things that day. By the way the lure that dick had on his mine I am guessing was a lucky lure, I knw it is for me. Great picture. Blessings and comforting thoughs as you rmemnce on you times together.
