Age 76, of Forest Lake died on Sunday, July 28, 2013. She is survived by her sons, Mike Schwegman and Dan Schwegman; grandson, Matthew; several other relatives and friends. Phyllis was preceded in death her husband and his daughter. A private time to honor Phyllis will be held by her family.
