Lorrene Elizabeth Rasmussen

Age 90 of Forest Lake and formerly of Burnsville, Minneapolis and Coon Lake. Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on May 7, 2008. Preceded in death by husband, Robert A.; son, Robert J.; mother, Elizabeth Victor. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Linda (David) Neudecker, Forest Lake; grandchildren and their spouses, Andrew (Nicole) Neudecker, Hugo, Justin (Melanie) Neudecker, Forest Lake, Elizabeth (David Robinson) Neudecker, Forest Lake, Alanna Rasmussen, Burnsville and Julie (Christopher) Melton, Faribault; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Ashley, Emma, Jessica, Hailey, Elise, Chloe and Lewis; daughter-in-law, Cindy Rasmussen, Burnsville. Lorrene is remembered for her love of ballroom dancing with the love of her life, Bob, grocery shopping, cooking for her family, traveling, fishing, pontoon rides, reading and making beaded jewelry. She recently became known as the Beloved Bead Lady at Parmly where she had been residing since September 2007. Celebration of Life 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 13th at Parmly LifePointes Chapel, 28210 Old Towne Road, Chisago City with visitation beginning at 10 AM until the time of service. 2 PM Graveside service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at Assembly #1.
