  1. Like the comment below, I only knew Joel through work as a broker, never actually having met him in person. He was even helping me with a big move last week. Joel was always so friendly, helpful, and concerned about making us happy when talking to him on the phone or by email. I was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing and will greatly miss working with him. We at Turner Contracting Inc send our deepest condolences to the family. A great loss for sure!

  2. We new Joel as a dispatcher/broker and we loved him dearly. He was always calling to see where we were at and if we wanted all his oversize loads. We never got to meet in person but he was very kind on the phone and always took care of us. He was an amazing dispatcher!! So sorry for the family’s loss.

  3. Rest in peace dear pal ‘o mine, you will be sorely missed. My sympathy to those who loved him and whose life he touched………………………………..Tom & Dee Dee Kozlak

  4. So very sorry to learn of Joel’s death. I want to send sympathy from my family to my Cousin Ed and Arlene on the loss of their son. Prayers with the family during this sorrowful time.

  5. All my prayers and sympathies to your family! I have not seen Joel in a couple of years, but he sure was fun to visit with! Kind, funny, and will be dearly missed! Joel may you rest in peace now.

  6. Always with a silly contagious smile. Always with a one-liner that would crack everyone up.Always with a practical joke that would scare you half to death. Always with a big hug. Always with a shoulder to cry on. My childhood friend, my High school classmate, my friend to go to our first class reunion with, my Kareoke buddy, my kid’s Uncle Jo Jo, my lifelong friend, a brave soldier for our country. I wonder if he knew how much he meant to our lives. My heart is broken. I pray you are at peace Joel.

  7. Arlene, I am so sorry for you loss. You can be comforted to know he is at peace in heaven with Our Good Lord. My prayers for your strength and peace. Gloria Drabik

  8. On behalf of the Forest Lake American Legion Post 225, we give thanks for Joel’s military service to our nation.
