Jay M. Bell

Age 80 of Forest Lake. Loving Dad, Grandpa & Brother, passed away on August 25, 2026.

Preceded in death by wife, Jill; infant son, Jay Jr.; siblings, Lee Bell, Alan Rolow, Mike Rolow, Lyn Bell. Survived by daughter, Jennifer (Chris) Welsh; step-sons, Jim Casarez, Jeff Casarez; grandchildren, Michael, AJ, James, Antonio, Anthony, Tyler, Jeff Jr., Gabrielle, Kaylee, Chloe; siblings, Ava Rolow, Tim Rolow, Kay (Leon) Trout, Sue (Steve) Jacobs, Amy (Ron) Dvorak, Roy (Tammi) Bell, Les (Janene) Bell.

Jay was a proud Navy Veteran and retired from the Post Office as an electrical technician. He loved music and collecting memorabilia & autographs. Above all, he loved his family.

Funeral service 11 AM Friday, September 4^th at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Mahtomedi.
