Age 78 of Centerville, MN would like to inform all of her family and friends of her change of address. As of April 22, 2025 she moved to Heaven. Preceded in death by husband, Myron; infant son, Brian; sisters, Diane Guthmiller, Charlean Martz. Survived by son, Monte; daughter, Lynn (Shay) Thompson; grandsons, Michael & Mason Thompson; siblings, Larry Martz, Judith Guthmiller. Jane was born on September 5, 1946 in Mobridge, SD to Julius and Lucia (Raba) Martz. She grew up on farms in Java, Bowdle and Hosmer where she helped her parents. She milked cows, cared for the chickens and attended area country schools, where she was a star student. Jane married the love of her life, Myron Rohrbach, on July 8, 1967. They were married for an impressive 41 years and had two children, Monte Rohrbach and Lynn (Rohrbach) Thompson, who are at peace knowing that their mom is spending time with Jesus. Jane worked for Avera St. Lukes Hospital in Aberdeen, SD for 31 years alongside wonderful co-workers and friends. She was an amazing daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt to many and friend to a few lucky chosen. In 1998, Jane welcomed Shay Thomson as her son-in-law. The next few years bought her the two greatest joys in her life, her grandsons, Michael & Mason. Her happiest memories came from spending time with her family and seeing her grandson’s love for her spritz cookies. Jane’s life will be celebrated with a service at 5 PM Tuesday, May 13th with visitation beginning at 4 PM at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Forest Lake. Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association.
