Jake i miss you, i cant believe i will never be riding in your car again or hanging out at the beach with everyone! your happiness was always contagious and since you passes, nothing has been the same in this small town of lindstrom 🙁 love you, em-dog
He was such a wonderful friend to me, every morning second semester I would see him first hour in Spanish and I’m not a morning person, I’m normally just quiet and have no emotion but Jake always knew how to make me smile and laugh. He always put me in a better mood. He taught me so much about everything from music to cars and from cars to life. Our conversations were never boring but neither was he. Jake would always call me his little Russian and I’d call him Jakie. On April fools I tried fooling him but I ended up getting fooled. What I liked about him a lot is that he was different than anyone I have ever met . Ill miss Jakie a lot! Rest in paradise Jakie!
Jake was such a caring and openminded person. I’m going to miss seeing him around and had many great memories with him during the years I attended NLA. Jake, rest in peace and you will never be forgotten.
jake always knew how to put a smile on all of our faces he was one funny kid he was loved by so many people yesterday hes dearly gonna be missed Rest in Paradise bro!
A fine memory of two little kids driving along in their battery-powered camouflaged jeep, Josh in the driver’s seat and Jake in the passenger’s seat coming over to play with Erik. That jeep could make it over anything! Anyhow, that’s the memory I think I’ll hold. So terribly sorry for your loss Deanna, Jeff, Josh, Katie and family.
He always knew how to keep a smile on everyone’s face. He was always there for anyone who needed it. Such a sweetheart. He will be missed by so many.
I am so sorry to hear about Jake. I know you haven’t lived near us in awhile but I would still think of your family when driving by the old house. Know that your family is in my prayers! I wish I could do more.
Our hearts ache with the sudden loss of Jake. May the happy memories carry you through this difficult journey and know you have many that care for all of you.

So many memories with jake, but i’d have to say having spanish with him, we’d always mess around and make spit balls, and just talk to each other about anything and everything, to the point where we would get separated & sometimes kicked out of class aha, ohp or when he would come sneak up on me from behind and then wrap his arms around my neck to give me a huge hug as he would always say. Memories with Jake will never be forgotten.
I am so sorry and send sympathies to all. There are no words to ease your pain. But Family and Friends will help.
God bless you and He will keep you close to Him at this sad time and always

I am sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the hope of seeing your loved one again by means of the resurrection (John 5:28,29)
I remember when Jake used to sneak up on me in the halls at school and then push me on the ground and fart on me. Also he used to drink Mountain Dew all the time and he would burp and blow it in your face.
I remember car pooling Jake and Colton to North Lake Academy, that’s how they met. Sweet boy, always a smile on his face, so sad so tragic, my heart goes out to all of his family
