Age 81 of Forest Lake, Passed away April 1, 2013. 42 year employee of Blue Cross Blue Shield, St. Paul, MN. Preceded in death by parents, Wilfred and Marie; sister, Delores Denault; sister and brother-in-law, Lucille and Vernon Vogel. Survived by foster niece, Roxanne Ianovich; special friends, Curtis and Rose Gustafson and family, Barb and Bob Palmer and family, Sister Mary Donald SSND; four nieces and seven nephews. Visitation 4-7 PM Friday, April 5th and continues 9-10 AM Saturday, April 6th at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Dr. SW, Forest Lake. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Saturday, April 6th at Church of St. Peter, 1250 So. Shore Dr., Forest Lake, MN. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to The Church of St. Peter, Forest Lake.
Ione was a special friend to our family. True and honest and a dear friend to all of us, especially to my late sister, Kathy. I will keep you in my prayers and think of you often. God Bless You My Dear Ione.
