Gerald J. Handlos

Beloved Husband, Dad, Grandpa. Retired Pioneer Press Pressman. Age 68 of Hugo passed away at his home surrounded by his family on June 5, 2009. Preceded in death by his father, Clarence Handlos. Survived by loving wife of 45 years, Anita; daughter, Sharene (John) Peltier; sons, Steve Handlos and Dave (Jodi) Handlos; grandson, Nicholas Peltier; mother, Arlene Handlos; sisters and brother, Darla (Ken) Czech, David (Margaret) Handlos and Cindy (Don) Peltier; sister-in-law, Michelle (Rich) Langevin; brother-in-law, Cliff (Carol) Soucy; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Jerry can be remembered for restoring classic cars, especially Oldsmobiles and Rivieras and enjoyed traveling throughout the country in these cars (Leader!). Visitation 4-8 PM Monday, June 8, 2009 at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Drive SW, Forest Lake. Celebration of Life 3 PM Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at Roberts Family Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to service.
