I was one of his classmates and I always thought Fran was just a really nice kid (during school). He remained that way through his adulthood. I was saddened when I read the news. God Bless the family and his friends. Sandee (Rioux) Coughlin
We were saddened to hear of Fran’s passing. Our family has known Fran as a friend and neighbor for a lifetime. We valued his friendship and support. Fran and Jean worked with us through the many phases of building Trout-Air, helping us to be successful.. We appreciated Fran’s willingness to help and the expertise that he brought to our many projects. We have great memories of spending our last New Year’s Eve together with Fran and Jean in 1998. Our deepest sympathy to his Family, our thoughts and prayers are with you.
