July 23, 1943 ~ October 9, 2021

The family of Erwin "Sonny" Tryba of Blaine is saddened to announce his passing on October 9th, 2021 at the age of 78 years. In life, Sonny a man who rose to a life of prosperity and love from almost nothing proved endlessly generous without hesitation. Sonny’s spirit is spread around this earth far and wide in the form of loaned out tools, stories of fun and tomfoolery, and countless other things and feelings that were asked of Sonny which he would promptly supply with grace and selflessness. For those closest to Sonny, his love and energy were and will be a source of support and sustainability for all time. For those many, many folks who were a part of his ever growing circle of friends, Sonny was always willing to listen and understand all points of view. Sonny was a ray of light in everybody’s life. Pure sunshine and a pure joy to be around. Sonny was so proud of his family and loved his wife dearly. He loved his grandkids so much and loved him. He will be forever missed and never forgotten. We’re devastated at the loss of Sonny. We’re now filled with his spirit and poised to celebrate a well lived life to be emulated and revered until we meet again in the hereafter. Preceded in death by parents, Joseph & Dorothy; sister, Kay Struckman.
