Guestbook

  1. Dear Family,

We were very sorry to hear about the passing of Don.

Don will always be remembered as a man of many experiences
who was very friendly and shared some great stories at the family
gatherings that Helen held each summer. His smile and laughter will surely be missed by all.

You are in our prayers and may the good Lord comfort each of you in this time of sorrow.
    With Love,

Vincent and Bonnie, Vincent and Alicia (Alejandro and Gabriel) and Steven and Flower.

  2. Dear Family,
I shall always remember Don’s smile and laugh. He was the most fascinating cousin I had growing up. He traveled everywhere it seemed. My family and I were glad to share time with him on his visit to Helen’s during the summers that he was able to come. Please accept our condolences.
    Sincerely,
John and Christine Sanborn and Family: Martin and Tracy and their daughter, Mara; Esther, Christopher and Kelly, Alexander

  3. I will always remember Cousin Donnie’s great big grin. I remember he had some great cars after he came out of the Navy. A Black/White 1956 Chevy Bel-Air, a 1957 Chevy Bel-Air and my favorite a 1960 Bright Red Ford Sunliner Convertible. I would bug him and make up stuff just to get a ride. His cars were as bright as his smile. It wasn’t until he visited the Falls these last few years with MaryAnn that Cousin Helen brought out his Trott Vocational High School Year Book. He was quite an accomplished student and excelled in school activities, played football and loved music like his mother Helen. He told us about his youth, did you know he played the harmonica? I remember him talking about his family. I remember seeing his son Don Jr as a boy and heard that he followed his Dad’s and Grandpa Felix’s footsteps joining the Navy and his two step sons David and John being great athletes. I’ve heard that there are grandchildren now. The memory of him will remain in our hearts and so will his unforgettable smile.
