Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I have never met Clara, but have heard of her fantastic character and accomplishments through the years, so have great respect for her. For me, the proof of her goodness lies in her wonderful son, Gerard, the warm bonding with my niece, Michelle, and their four outstanding children who are already, in Miron tradition, making the world a better place. Gerard, Shelly, Chloe, Glen, Marley, and Brynn – my heart goes out to you as you say good-bye (for now) to a mother and grandmother you dearly love. My thoughts and love accompany you at this difficult time.

  2. We have known Clara for two decades. We have always been grateful that our daughter married into this solid and loving family. During the years, we have had many wonderful times together and felt a bond with them. “One always felt love in hers and Marcel’s presence”. Clara’s personal history needs to be recorded somehow; her life was one of purely awesome accomplishments. I have enjoyed her stories about her background. She and Marcel raised nine people who have made highly productive contributions to our world. Clara’s musical talents stand out in my mind…I loved her harmonica playing and singing. We were privileged to partake in several family-singing-times. Clara loved trees and nature; she could carry on substantial conversations about trees alone! She always made us feel so welcome, as “part of the family”, whenever we visited Hugo. My four grandchildren are very fortunate to have her as their “other grandma”. I will always be indebted to her and Marcel for raising “the world’s best son-in-law”.
