Age 44 of Forest Lake, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2015. Charlie is deeply missed by his wife, Annette Marie Kuusisto-Smith; daughters, Serena Smith and Jillian Smith; parents, Leroy and Marion (Meggitt) Smith; brothers, Mike Smith, and Carl (Stephanie) Smith; father and mother-in-law, Benny and Mary Kuusisto; sister-in-law, Theresa (Jeremy) Jensrud; nieces and nephews; Bob Smith, Jacob Smith, Aaron Smith, Haley Jensrud, Jayden Jensrud; special friends, Lynn Rabehl, Keith Paulsen and little Benny, and Tiffany Struntz and Bob Herdina. A Celebration of Charlies Life will be held at 7 PM Fri. April 24th at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Dr. SW, Forest Lake, with a visitation beginning at 4 PM until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family.
