Cis’s work here on earth is done. She has moved on to a beautiful place where she will be socializing, dancing and singing to her heart’s content with family and friends she has not seen in a long time. Music, laughter and love are guaranteed. A banquet, which she did not have to prepare, awaits her. She left detailed instructions for her family and friends to celebrate her legacy here. She would like to invite you to join her children and grandchildren in carrying on the mission of ministering to others through hospitality, judgement-free acceptance and love.
My beautiful sweet Auntie. I remember being at the farm and my parents were there to get manure for our garden. My siblings and I played in the barn. Then Auntie invited us in the house for some baked goodie. We sat there with her and Uncle Mitch and they asked how it was going. I told them how my dad was being a baby and almost getting sick, so my mom had to do it all. Auntie and Uncle thought that was so funny. I can still hear their laughs. I will miss you smiling face, your kisses and hugs, your compassion for everyone, but I am so thankful for all the memories flooding my heart. From visits spent while your Landlords were on vacation, you holding my babies, lunches and family gatherings I treasure it all. Sing with the Angels….until we see each other again! Love you.
Spent many summers at the Farm hanging with Colleen, Bonnie and Barb. So many treasured memories. We had some special days together – one of my favorites is when Uncle Larry took us Fishing on Sullivan Lake. It was just the three of us – lots of smiles and lots of laughter. How I will miss your loving spirit, kind eyes and beautiful heart. You have left a legacy of loving children and grandchildren. You touched so many lives and hearts and made a profound impact on many. You the last of the Nadeau Family – now you are with my Grandfather Norm Nadeau and your feisty sister Agnes. Until we meet again my lovely Auntie – Julia Briner
One of the most beautiful families I have ever met! Cis led the way! Thank you for letting Bob and I capture so many memories! The Palmer’s
Fried Chicken , Corn on the Cobb, garage sales, fishing. Sitting around the big kitchen table with my cousins having a corn on the cob contest. Taking Cis fishing with Uncle Larry and having the best day ever – I don’t think we even caught a fish. Miss her soft loving voice, hand holding and watching her love life.
