Age 60 of Isanti.
Loving Dad, Grandpa, Brother and Uncle passed away peacefully surrounded by his children and siblings on November 29th, 2021.
Preceded in death by parents, Jerome & Marcella; brother, Loren; brother-in-law, Mark Thompson and nephew, Brandon Davidson. Survived by children, Jeran (Hannah), Alexus (Jared) Blundell, Coyrell (Ashley); grandchildren, Olivia, Parker, Sophia, Kellen, Landen; sister, Sheila Thompson; brother, Kevin (Helen); sister-in-law, Jill (Bob); significant other, Rhonda; nephews, Nicholas (Jessica), Collin (Allie), Jacob; nieces, Bridgette, Valerie, Kelsey; other relatives and dear friends.
Brian loved family, camping at Itasca, the beach and sun, Christmas and all the family traditions and diet dew. He also enjoyed watching Minnesota sports teams, especially the Vikings & Twins. Most of all he cherished spending time with his children and grandchildren.
A celebration of Brian’s life will be held from 3-7 PM Sunday, January 2nd at the Holiday Inn, 11801 Fountains Way N., Maple Grove. Interment, St Josephs Catholic Cemetery, Lino Lakes. A special thank you to Centra Care in St. Cloud for their wonderful care of Brian. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Minnesota Chapter. In honor of Brian, please donate blood to the Red Cross.

I played a lot of softball with Brian and drank even more beers with him. Good guy and will be missed by all who knew him.

Although I was only a patron, over the past 10 years I would come to Minnesota for work. Brian would always be there with a warm smile and a cold cocktail. He became like a brother to me. My condolences to the Magnuson family. God bless you Brother.
