Bernie Age 94 of Forest Lake. Loving Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma, Sister, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 12, 2016. Preceded in death by husband, Clifford; son, Kenneth Kotlarz; grandsons, Timothy Ackermann, Christopher Ackermann, Scott Kotlarz; siblings, Katherine Laska, Adeline Laska, Celia Laska, Dorothy Paggen, Leon Laska. Survived by children, Anthony (Debby)Kotlarz, Barbara (Robert) Ackermann, Clifford (Sherri) Brown; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Barbara Friertag, Louis Laska, Anthony (Brenda) Laska; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation 4:30-7:30 PM Wednesday May 18th at Roberts Family Life Celebration Home, 555 SW Centennial Dr., Forest Lake. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Thursday May 19th at Church of St. Peter, 1250 S. Shore Dr., Forest Lake, with visitation from 9-10 AM AT THE FUNERAL HOME. Interment at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids.
