Age 65 of Chisago City. Loving Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Son & Brother, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on February 6, 2024. Preceded in death by mother, Patricia; brother, Dan; 4-legged friends, Sammi, Emma. Survived by loving wife of 44 years, Susan; children, Ava (Chris) Hemstad, Jake; grandchildren, Caleb, Maverick, Joselyn, Nova, Rory; father, Edward; sister, Sheryl (John) Vierling; sister-in-law, Sharon; nieces & nephew, Serena, Danielle, Luke, Stephanie; 4-legged friend, Pebbles. Mike was a longtime member of pipefitters/steamfitters Local 455 union. A celebration of Mike’s life will be 12-4 PM Saturday, February 17th with a short memorial service beginning at 1 PM at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Catholic Charities Saint Paul Opportunity Center And Dorothy Day Residence.
