Age 83 of Clear Lake, WI. Loving Dad, Grandpa, Great-Grandpa & Brother, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 8, 2023.
Preceded in death by wife, Karen; parents, Chester sister, Rita. Survived by children, Terry (Steve) Larsen, Joseph, [their mother, Pat], Norman (Katie); grandchildren, Cindy (Nick), Jason, Cody (Amanda); great-grandchildren, Avery, Cora, Scarlett; siblings, Charles, Jesse (Elaine), Sharon; former wife of 33 years, Lorene; four-legged friend, Ashley; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
A celebration of Norman’s life 2 PM Saturday, December 2nd with visitation beginning at 1 PM at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake.
On behalf of the Forest Lake American Legion Post 225, we give thanks for Norman’s military service to our country in the Navy. It will be a privilege to provide his military honors.

Our sincere sympathy to Norm’s family. We know he enjoyed his time out on his pontoon and tending to his beautiful flowers. Thoughts and prayers of comfort to his family.
We are good friends of Norms and surprised and very sad to hear that he has passed away. We played a lot of bingo with him and Lorene when they lived in Anoka. We moved to South Carolina a year ago and haven’t had much contact. Our condolences go out to the family.
