Willie Cockburn
August 29, 1951 ~ October 16, 2023
Age 72, of Lindstrom formerly of Forest Lake, loving Dad and Grampy passed away on October 16, 2023.
He is survived by his daughter, Kristin (Erik) Waddell; their children, Kendal and Tucker; Kristin’s mother, Rose (Mark) Swenson; Rose and Mark’s children, Madeline (Tyler) Steele and Sam Swenson (Kara McGregor); brother, Bob (Rose); twin sister, Barb Berigan; close friend, Brett Peterson; many nieces and nephews; and the entire Jeans family. Willie is preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Helen; brother, Tom; and Rose and Mark’s daughter, Kaitlyn Swenson.
Willie’s life will be celebrated with a SendOff from 4-7 PM, with a short service at 6 PM on Friday, October 27th at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake.

Willie was the nicest guy he was a great friend of mine I knew him from Shrogren apts but had the most fun visiting and telling joked together at the Swedish Inn..will miss Willie your friend Sherry
Willie you will never be forgotten. If you didn’t show up to the Swedish Inn by a certain time, we would look across the street to see if your truck was parked at the apartment building. We would see you coming & get your coffee with water ready at your favorite bar stool. Letting us know how your day was going.
The videos you would share made our day or listening to your videos at high volume, made us laugh.
Your friends would belly up to the bar for a good chat.
We will miss you sharing funny stories with everyone.
