Stacy will be remembered as a bright light in the lives of all who knew her — a compassionate caretaker, a loyal friend, and a steady source of warmth and kindness. A devoted kindergarten teacher, Stacy touched countless young lives with her patience, creativity, and boundless heart. She had a natural gift for making every child feel seen, valued, and capable — a reflection of the way she treated everyone she met. Stacy’s love extended well beyond the classroom. She was deeply devoted to her family and friends, always putting the needs of others before her own. Cooking a meal for her family brought her joy as well as reading outside soaking up the sunshine. She also loved spending time working on puzzles especially during her treatments. Her legacy lives on in the people that she so selflessly poured into.
Stacy’s life will be celebrated with a service at 4 PM Friday, October 17th with visitation beginning at 1 PM at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family, a portion will be donated to her favorite charitable organizations.
