Condolence’s from your friends at Shadow Creek Stable. Donation made to HALO
Very sad to hear of Ron’s passing. He had a great sense of humor and was big supporter of the Shadow Creek Stables growth. He was a very hard worker but always had time to chat with you about the stable, his garden, his hydroponics, and of course his work with Haiti.
The world is a better place because of Ron and his caring. He has left a big footprint behind!
Love and condolences to Susan and the Moore family and all his friends,
Dan, Laura, Anita Fraser
Un hombre grande – a great man. Ron basically replaced me in the Peace Corps in 1967(?) as the Dominican Republic water expert. I remained in the DR working in Santo Domingo. Ron would come in to Santo Domingo from his rural worksite and stay at my house. We shared many memories together and they continued when he returned to the States and worked for UOP Johnson. Then, when he worked in Haiti, he did marvelous things for the poor Haitians. They had great respect him. It’s difficult to pass on so much that he did for the poor in the Dominican Republic and in Haiti. He was Un hombre grande.
