Born January 5th, 1958, to Kenneth and Alice Weber. Ronald Francis Weber showed a natural mechanical ability at a young age. Anything and everything that could be taken apart and reassembled, would be taken apart and reassembled. He was said to have been a mechanical genius just like his father, helping in the garage as soon as he was big enough to turn a wrench. In high school he built a go cart out of a Volkswagen chassis; the first of the many project cars he worked on throughout his life. He graduated from Cretin High School in 1976 and took several positions applying his skills and knowledge in the trades.
He could fix anything and was always willing to help anyone in need. He met his wife Sharon by chance while helping her sister with her car troubles. They would later marry in 1982, and together brought two sons and two daughters into the world.
In 1995 he decided to start his own business. As his business started to develop, he was developing his son’s mechanical ability, handing them a wrench as soon as they could hold one. He had a passion for cars and a natural gift working on them, a trait he would pass down and foster with his sons. What mattered most to Ron was to provide his children with the skills and resources to be successful in their respective careers.
After decades of hard work on a once flourishing business, he was on the verge of finally taking the time to enjoy the fruits of his success. A recently purchased slip for his boat. Plans for traveling, plans for spending his last days enjoying life and spending time with his grandchildren. His passing is a reminder of how finite life is and how precious the moments with the ones we love truly are….
Celebration of Ron’s life 1 PM, Sunday, March 13 with visitation from 11-1 PM at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred. Service will be livestreamed here: https://view.oneroomstreaming.com/authorise.php?k=1646965257171950
Sending you my condolences to all of Rons Family. I was Rons neighbor 3 houses down at 3493 Pokegama Lake Rd. I’m so sorry for your tragic loss. Me and my husband met Ron and Sharon couple yrs ago when a package for them was delivered to our address. We decided to go meet them as new neighbors and deliver the package in person. He and his wife were very nice and we welcomed them to the neighborhood. I’m glad we got to meet him, just wish we would have stopped over more often. Godspeed and prayers to all his family. Please reach out or stop by if there is anything we can do for the family.

Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts. Our deepest sympathy.
Love you man! Will miss you till I see you again.
I have been lucky enough to know Ron most of my adult life. I met Ron back in 1979 at a Car show in California. After the event he followed us back to Oregon to pickup more parts for a project he was working on. Ron is one of those people that you just cant help but like him the moment you meet him. We have stayed in touch over the years, but with 2500 miles between us we did not get to see each other much. I guess we should not put off the things we can do today because we may not get another chance. I am going to miss you.
I had the pleasure of meeting Ron at an AMX car event in California many, many years ago. After that, he visited us in Oregon several times and we visited him in St. Paul. We also spent time with him at AMX events in Kenosha, Wisconsin. So it was a multi-state friendship! I remember Ron’s caring & fun nature, his laugh and smile along with his love of family. I was so sorry to hear of his passing and extend my sincere condolences to his family and friends.
Steve, Danielle, & Weber family, We are so sorry for your loss. We are sending you lots of love during this difficult time. With deepest sympathy,
