Richard Bonn

Age 69, of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on August 17th, 2008. Dick is remembered as a very loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Preceded in death by his parents Richard and Agnes. Survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Susan (Steiner); daughters Mary Bonn, Tracey Bonn, Tricia Bonn, Sara (Andy) Patterson and sons Richard Bonn and Matthew Bonn, stepchildren Tom (Jean) Gorman, Tim (Sally) Gorman, Teresa (Dave) Neumann, Kim (Kevin) Wier and Colleen (Tony) Ross and 12 grandchildren who loved him as their Papa Dick. Dick will be greatly missed by his family and many, many friends. Dick was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and raised in Big Stone City, South Dakota. He moved back to Minnesota to pursue a career in manufacturing. Prior to retiring, he was a partner/owner in Andreasen Engineering and Manufacturing. For the past 10 years, he had retired to Fort Myers, Florida where he was an active member of Kelly Greens Country Club. Most remember Dick as a trustworthy, dependable, hard-working, garage door is always open for a friend kind of guy. A celebration of his life will held 1:00 Saturday September 6, 2008 with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 SW Centennial Drive, Forest Lake.
