Rachel Lynn Conlan

June 17, 1984 ~ December 10, 2021
Age 37 of Scandia, MN. Loving daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter passed away peacefully December 10th, 2021.
Those who knew Rachel, loved Rachel. She had a heart of gold. There are no words to adequately describe how amazing of a person she was. She cared so deeply about her family and friends. Growing up on Big Marine Lake brought her so much joy in life. She loved being outdoors. Whether it was fishing with her family, or sitting around a bon fire with her friends. Her absolute main love in life was her family. Her nieces and nephew were the center of her universe. Her passion in life was making everyone happy, and that light shined brightly upon all those around her. She truly lived to bring happiness to everyone who crossed her path and she touched the lives of so many people while doing so. To those of us that were fortunate enough to have her in our lives, we are the lucky ones. Rachel and her heart of pure gold will forever be missed.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Gene & Judi Smith; uncle, Kevin Johnson. Survived by loving parents Jim & Kellie; siblings, Leah Arrizon & Keith Conlan; grandparents, Harold & Cindy Johnson, and Tom Conlan; nephew & niece, Anthony and Elizabeth; many relatives & friends.
A Celebration of Rachel's life will be held 2-6 PM Tuesday, December 21st at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake, MN.

Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss… Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. Leah and Kevin, I know the loss of a sister, and I am praying for you every day for God to hold you tight and comfort you. Jim and Kellie, I love you both very much! My memories with Rachel go back to when we were kids. Visiting my grandma and grandpa Collier. Rachel and I would dress in the same clothes, because our moms (who were bestfirends) couldn’t tell us apart. You were like a sister to me growing up. I love you and I will miss you greatly! Say hi to my sister Amber up there in heaven. With a heavy heart, Casi Niedzielski (Wittstruck-Collier)

Racheal will be missed by so many people that were lucky to have known her. I’m great full for having some of my earliest childhood memories with her. She was my first friend. I remember playing in her room when we where 6 years old and she was showing off her new Barbie convertible to me. And the time she got on the school bus in grade school unhappy with a bruise on her head from falling out of her bunk bed that morning. endless memories with the group of us big marine neighborhood kids which I’m sure we have learned to cherish. Jim, Kelly, Leah and Kieth I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m sure she watching over us now with that loving smile of hers.

Q: What will you miss most about Rachel?
A: I only recently learned of her passing, which makes me enormously sad. Rachel cut my hair, and because I saw her so regularly and she was so fun, we got to know each other very well. She became a good friend, someone I enjoyed spending time with. She even took the time and made the effort to come to my house to color my hair, which was something I really appreciated because I don’t like doing it myself. I would always ask her about Charlie, her brother’s dog, as she knew I am a dog lover, too. I miss her company, her hugs, her smile and her laugh.
