Mildred "Millie" M. Kohlrusch (Hentges)

Mildred M. Kohlrusch, age 71, born May 11, 1949 passed away February 28th, 2021. Preceded in death by her parents, Erv and Juletta Hentges; sister, Carol. Millie leaves behind daughters, Michele Meyer (Kohlrusch), Sheri Kohlrusch, Natalie (Joe) Gallmeier; along with 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty (Ray) Adney, Joyce (Bob) Ryti, Joanne Madden. Millie was an avid outdoors gal, spending much of her younger adult years on the lake fishing. She taught her daughters how to fish, occasionally hooking one of them by accident. She loved family get togethers, baking amazing bars and cookies, and sewing her daughters all matching dresses. Anyone who knew Millie also knew how much she loved her high heels, never spending a day without them, even mowing her lawn with them on. We would often joke with her that no one knew her real height. She was witty and conversations with her could last for hours. In her later years, Millie devoted herself and time to being a Grandmother. Her grandchildren filled her heart with so much joy and happiness. She was always bragging about and telling everyone how proud she was of them. She is and will be missed dearly by friends and family. She was a woman of faith and we take comfort in knowing she has made her way home to our Lord & Savior. Due to covid restrictions, a memorial service has been postponed for a later date.
