Beloved Mom and Grandma age 87 of Forest Lake, passed away on March 20, 2010. Preceded in death by husband, Gordon. Survived by children, Carol Franksen, Gary (Rita) and Sharon Landgraver; granddaughter, Erin (Chris) Laurents. Visitation amp; Mass of Christian Burial Visitation 5-8 PM Wed., March 24th at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Dr. SW, Forest Lake and continuing 9 AM -10 AM Thurs, March 25th at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Thurs., March 25th at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Forest Lake.

lSorry to hear about your mother. I never had the priviledge of meeting her, but I know she raised a great daughter. Miss seeing you and talking. We always had a laugh at lunch in school. Take care Sharon…maybe we can see each other again soon. Renee Matheson Erickson
Dear Gary and Erin, I was surprised to hear about your mom’s (grandma’s) passing today at mass today. I don’t know how that got by me! I will miss not sharing the pew with her on the north side of the church at the evening masses! She was so faithful about getting there! Know that you’re in my prayers! I’ll give Carol a call this week. Take care of yourselves!

So sorry for the loss of your Mom. I had the privilege to meet her several times and I always enjoyed watching her feed all those deer !

Chocolate cake w/marshmallow frosting & who gets the biggest piece Gary or Rick. My kids, Rick/Suzy still talk about that along with the fun we all had being with her and Gordy.
Remember our wine at New Year’s & the cards we played. The good times we had in haying season. Sneezing, watering eyes, laughter.
She always had a big heart & smile to go with that & a tremendous devotion to her family.
