  1. Just found this obituary. Libby was my mother’s best friend, Ramona Greenlee. Many days when I visited of Libby with a drink (scotch?) and good conversation. She was so accepting of the time I brought home my Black doctor boyfriend, then husband. She was impressed that this Jamaican was very charming. Jack was also a good friend at her restaurant, Wayne’s Cafe in St. Croix Falls. We loved Libby as a down to earth, and sophisticated and beautiful woman. Remembering her with love and admiration…
