Age 83 of Forest Lake Loving Husband, Father,Grandfather, Great-Grandfather June 2, 1931 - January 18, 2015 Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family. Leo worked in the banking industry throughout Minnesota from which he retired after 43 years, including time as a bank examiner and other executive duties. Preceded in death by parents, Halleck and Myrtle Anderson; and 13 siblings. Survived by wife of 62 years, Irene; children, Keith Anderson (Theresa Eilek), Karen (Jerry) Eastman, Kevin (Denise) Anderson, Kent Anderson (Klara), Kristofer (Julie) Anderson; grandchildren, Michael (Heidi) Anderson, Carol (Ryan) Johnson, David (Carley Rae) Anderson, John (Courtney) Anderson, Emily Anderson, Kaiya Anderson (Maurice Greene), Drew Anderson, Quinn Anderson; great-grandchildren, Leif, Liam, Hannah, Jackson; sister-in-law, Ruth Anderson; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation 4-8 PM Friday January 23rd at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 SW Centennial Dr., Forest Lake, and also 1 hour prior to the service at church. Funeral service 11 AM Saturday January 24th at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Memorials preferred to Faith Lutheran Church or donors choice.
