Age 81 of Spring Park, formerly of Apple Valley. Loving Dad Grandpa, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 20, 2017. Larry was a dedicated grandpa whose life revolved around his grandkids; he was also a classic car enthusiast. Preceded in death by wife, Jane; mother of his children, Jackie; son, Mark; brothers, Gerald Dean. Survived by children, Cindy (Steve) Moe, Scott (Lana); grandchildren, Mariah Megan Crawford, Brandon, Josh, Cassie, Alex, Nathan Moe, Jonathan Westcott, Jason, Travis, Brook, Jessaline, Faithline Crawford; nieces, nephews, other relatives friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday February 24th at St. Joan of Arc Church, 4537 3rd Ave. So., Minneapolis, with visitation beginning at 10 AM until time of service. Burial 11 AM Saturday February 25th at Lakeside Community Cemetery, Cumberland, WI. Memorials preferred to the American Heart Association.
So sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. We are disappointed that we didn’t get to see Larry before going to California for the winter which is where we are now. We had some medical and other issues that consumed most of our time last year especially with Sandra’s 105 year old Mother’s passing. The times we visited Larry, it was apparent that he loved his assisted living facility. We had some very special times with Larry and Jane over the years. We will miss hearing their laughter. I’m sure you know how much he loved his children and grandchildren which he expressed to us often. A donation to the Heart Association in Larry’s memory will be made.
