Guestbook

  1. My heart is broken for this unexpected loss. I will always cherish Uncle Jays calm presence, his funny personality, his smooth-talking cool presence and the way he could make you feel comfortable just being around him. I always loved his man cave — it was so him — a place full of sports, fishing and memories!

Sending so much love, prayers and strength to Anita and our entire family during this incredibly difficult time. The void he leaves behind is immeasurable. Rest in peace, Uncle Jay. You will be missed more than words can say. 🤍

  2. On behalf pf the Forest Lake American Legion Post 225, we give thanks for Jay’s military service to our country in the Army.

  3. Jay,
Gonna miss you brother. I know you’re at peace now. I know you can’t to visit me in Vegas the day you left us. Did you have to knock that thing off the wall twice, and break it. Hey. It’s cool. I’m glad you did.

  4. I worked with Jay for thirty years and always enjoyed being around him. He had a great sense of humor and he will be missed

  5. My husband and I found Jay unconscious with no pulse in his truck off County Road 22 in Linwood, just outside of Wyoming, MN on December 12th. Along with two others, we extracted Jay from his truck and tried lifesaving efforts until the police and medics came.
We want to offer our condolences and want to let the family know that we have prayed for them and for Jay. The situation impacted our lives deeply.

    • Thank you so much for being being there. That is extremely comforting for my mom (his wife )and us all knowing he didn’t suffer. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts! God bless you
