When Bob & Henriette were on a vacation in Mazatlan with us, we went to a Siesta Celebration. When using the woman’s restroom, after several drinks, there was a cleaning lady holding her hand out for a donation. Henriette gave her a LARGE peso. When we got outside the bathroom, she asked me how much that peso was worth. I told he 4 cents, and we had a good laugh over that, because she was embarrassed as to how little it was worth. That was a memorable and fun evening and a great vacation for the four of us.
My grandmother was a wonderful lady with a heart of gold but could also be a spitfire too!! There is so many memories as a child with her & my grandfather up at the cabin in Park Rapids. All the wonderful holidays we had together as a family always kept us together. Grandma I know you are in heaven with Grandpa & are at peace now & giving grandpa a hard time. You will be dearly missed. I love you. Until we meet again. RIP
Mark, Sandy and Henriette’s family. We offer our deepest condolences to all of you at this time of sadness. Heavenly Blessings Henriette, and God Bless her family. Love, Steve & Annette Watson and family.
