December 12, 1962 ~ February 28, 2023
Age 60 of Forest Lake, MN formerly East Moline, IL. Loving Brother & Uncle passed away peacefully on February 28, 2023.
Preceded in death by parents, Merton sister-in-law, Kim. Survived by siblings, Steve (Mary Jo), Becky (Craig) Leiter, and Eric; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Hans was a graduate of United Township High School in East Moline. He enjoyed most a good cheeseburger, riding his red scooter around Forest Lake, and making music playing his guitars. He will be dearly missed.
A mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Thursday, August 3rd at Church of St. Peter, 1250 S. Shore Dr., Forest Lake. Interment at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, White Bear Lake.

I was greatly saddened to hear about Hans’ passing. He was quite a large part of my teenage years. Not a day would go by that we didn’t talk, jam or just hang out together. But sadly, our lives took us in separate directions, and so often people loose track of each other. He will be remembered fondly and often. Rest in piece brother.
