Aunt Patch had a beautiful spirit and soul that touched everyone’s lives. I haven’t lived close to her since I was a child but letters, cards, and phone calls kept us in touch. I have so many precious cards, letters, and pictures that I have kept since my childhood that still bring memories and smiles. Aunt Patch had the best laugh that still makes me smile when I think of her. We had a lot of good times and laughs and the sleep overs were the best. She touched my life in a very special way and always made me feel special to her. I love that she always kept her sisters in her heart and prayers. She is know longer in pain and in Heaven with God and the rest of her family, and one day we will all join her.
She will be truly missed and always loved.
With love – Dawn Brecher (Helseth)
This special lady lived life to the fullest. Our last talk was all about her travel adventures. Such a kind, loving person she will greatly be missed! Love you Aunt Patch!š
Dear Patch. You are missed today, and, will be greatly missed in the future. Over 25 years ago I met Patch and Rick. In 2007 Patch and Rick consented to be godparents for my first born child, Hailee. My wife and I visited them in Arizona, and, I only was able to visit them once in Coeur dā Alene. Jack Graeber and family.
There are so many good memories and good times that I had with Patch. She was a very generous and courageous person. She was in pain for so many years, yet we shared many long distance conversations.
When I visited her in Arizona we would play cards well into the night, every night. Patch loved to play card games. She was loved by all her nieces and nephews, and her sisters.
It’s still hard to actually comprehend she is gone. She will never be gone from our hearts. We didn’t see each other much, but that didn’t make a difference, as we talked for hours weekly on the phone, that kept us very close.
I look forward to seeing her in Heaven.
With LaRae Helseth
