Age 90 of Forest Lake. Loving Father, Grandfather & Great-Grandfather, passed away on August 18, 2022. Preceded in death by wife, Audrey (nee: Husnik); daughter, Gail; son, Steve; parents, Mable (nee: Proulx) & Joseph D. Cardinal. Dwayne was born on February 19, 1932, one of twelve children raised in Centerville, MN. Survived by children, Greg (Gayle Morstad), Brian, Trent; 5 grandchildren, Justin, Brandon, Michael, Nathan, Andrea; 2 great-granddaughters, 1 great-grandson; siblings, Donna Pignato, Diane Cocherell, Karen (Charles) Schoeppner, Tom (Carol), Cheryl (Warren) Kunshier; sisters-in-law, Faye, Jane; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. Funeral service 11 AM Friday, August 26th with visitation beginning at 10 AM at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake. Private interment at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Hugo, at a later date.

  3. Missing both Duane and Audrey coming up to the lake in Cromwell..
    One time us girls went to Kettle River for Craft fair and Audrey put a sign on MH door, ” Kitchen Closed”, .When we came back Duane made his own sign,
    ” Under New Management ” we all had a good laugh over that one !πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
    Will miss his sense of humor and his kindness
