Preceded in death by his father, Douglas, Sr. and grandparents, Edward Johnson, Phyllis Johnson, Garman and Audrey Torp. Survived by daughter, Nicole; mother, Christine (Mark) Larsen; sisters, Julie (Corey) Johnson and Jolleen (David) Lyons; nephews and nieces, Eric Groshens, Hailee Groshens, Brooke Johnson and Forest Johnson; many aunts and uncles; step-grandparents, Ray and Renee Larsen. Forest Lake High School Class of 1990. Gathering amp; Celebration of Life Gathering of family and friends Wed., April 21st 4-7 PM at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Dr. SW, Forest Lake with a celebration of his life beginning at 7 PM. Interment Thurs., April 22nd 11 AM at Scandinavian Cemetery, Forest Lake.

Dougie, I’ll always remember you as one of my son, Justin’s, playmates when you were a toddler. I always loved you, Dougie, and even tho I hadn’t seen you for years, you’ll always remain in my heart.
