Daniel T. Welch
October 31, 1958 ~ May 16, 2023
Age 64 of Oak Grove. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 16, 2023. Preceded in death by parents, Alan “Mike” Welch & Ann Anderson. Survived by siblings, Mike (Deb), Melissa (Sean Buckingham) Kordosky; girlfriend, Laura Samuelson; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
Dan was a 1977 graduate of Forest Lake High School. He was a free spirit who liked to live his life full throttle. Dan was a skilled motorhead and wood craftsman and took great pride in his work. He was passionate about motorcycles, car racing & hunting. Dan loved bon fires and his music.
A celebration of Dan’s life 4-7 PM Thursday June 1st with a time of sharing at 6 PM at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake.

Oh, the fun camping trips. Danny and my daughter were always hunting for insects, anything that crawled. We would sit around the fire and sing our lungs out. But the best memory at your white bear home is your Mom & I are cleaning and she opens your dresser drawer and found bloody duck heads – I thought it funny but yhis Mom had words.😠 miss your humor, Dan.

I will remember forever all the adventures Dan and I had. From putting out wood duck houses to deer hunting to snowmobiling and also work projects installing cabinets. Always an adventure. Lee
We know Dan through his brother Mike. He was an
excellent cabinet maker, and a very friendly person.
