Verna, Dennis and Steve so sorry for your loss….remembered plenty of times being at your house when were were kids your dad picking on me and all of us laughing and having fun……….in the past few years everytime my dad and I walked into the Scandia Cafe and Dale would be there he would always tease me about still being the little chatter box that I was back then……
For once in my life I am speechless and filled with sorrow…..MAY YOU REST IN PEACE DALE…you will be missed
Verna (mom), Dennis, Steve, and family,
My heart is hurting with you, for you. Dale is an amazing man. God used him to minister to so many. I was blessed to be one of them. I have many memories of his generosity, laughter, love, wisdom and discernment. His impact on my life will never be forgotten. Now we celebrate his being in the presence of our King, and look forward to catching up with him there. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. With lots of love,
Keith & Kelly
Our sympathies to Verna and the Schuna family. We had many visits at Christmas and other special occasions at Dick & Donna’s house, when we and our families were all younger. We will make a donation in Dale’s memory to the River Falls Relay For Life Benefit for the American Cancer Society taking place tomorrow.

Will i miss Dale?? Yes i will and i will remember what he told me years ago when i had a 66 mustang at his garage and he was helping me restore it . That was the good years when he heated his garage with old motor oil. We had just finished a part on the car and i said well Dale how do you think that turned out, He looked at me and smiled and said, Well its good enough for who its for and laughed. ive never forgotten that and use that phase many times and say well like Dale used to say and im reminded of him . Im sure in HeavenThe Lord will come to dale and say ive a project you can do for me and when it is finished the Lord said well Dale how did it turn out?? Dales reply ..Its perfect Lord look who its for. Ill miss him but rejoice for him as he is where i long to be.. Earl

I thought as I entered that city,
My friends all knew me well.
They showed me the streets of heaven;
Such scenes too numerous to tell;
I saw Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Mark, Luke and Timothy.
But I said, “I want to see Jesus,
He’s the One who died for me.”
To Verna, Dennis, Steve, and families: When we all (with Joann and Dale to meet us there) get together, what a day of rejoicing that will be! When we all see Jesus, we’ll sing and shout the VICTORY!!!
Part of what we enjoy so much about living in Scandia is the wonderful neighbors we have. We will really miss Dale’s warm Smile of greeting at the Cafe every weekend. Dale showed us true courage these last few months. Verna, give a call if you need a neighborly hand.

I had the honor of knowing Dale, Verna and family for the past 25 years. I can not think of anyone more generous than Dale. There were many times when I was a single mom and Paige and I were living in Oakdale when diapers, formula and other baby necessities would magically show up in my car. Dale always took time to help Paige and I with whatever we needed. It was my great pleasure to bless Dale with his first grandchild, she could not have been more loved and welcomed. Dale’s greatest legacy lives on in his two sons and his four grandchildren. Thank you for always making me feel a part of your family. Verna, Dennis and Steve, you will continue to be in my prayers during this most difficult time. Much love always – Karen
Verna–So sorry to hear about Dale. Thank God for your family and friends during this time. Our condolences–Vernon & Phyllis
I’d be so very hard pressed, to come up with the name of another
individual, who I cared so much about, and loved as dearly as Dale, in such a very short period of time.I absolutely cannot offer
enough laudatory comments about my Brother-In-Law, and for that
matter, Verna as well.Our residential distances were far, but this man was very close in my heart.I was in the middle of the fairway
on a golf course, when I received news of Dale’s passing.Almost
instantly, my legs trembled and buckled, and my eyes teared up in
the same period of time. I’ve only known Dale since 2001, but it
feels like a lifetime. God bless you my friend. Paul
