Beloved Wife, Mom, Grandma Formerly of St. Paul Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Dec. 23, 2014. Preceded in death by husband, Larry; parents, Herbert and Pauline Kozlowski; brother, Howard Kozlowski. Survived by children, Dave (Barbara), Mike (Mary), and Debra; grandchildren, Rachel, Ryan, Samantha, Lisa, and Nathan; sister, Alice Kozlowski; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
