Jess, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
I went to Lake Owasso Grade school with Chuck- that’s the name I knew him at that time. Quiet, kind guy, with a smile on his face. I remember when he burnt his arm when he reached in a cupboard over a boiling pot of potatoes. It was very traumatic as a grade schooler to hear that news as I am sure it was for him and his family. My sincere condolences to his family at the loss of him. May God grant you peace and comfort. Marilyn Bailey

Dearest Jess, Bill, Brandon, Abbie, Augie, Max and entire Tubman family. We will miss Charlie so much and we know what a big piece of your hearts he takes to heaven with him. Charlie was the sweetest, kindest man on earth, gave the best hugs and always had that twinkle in his eyes. He always made you feel better just being around him. Earth lost a wonderful human, but Heaven gained an amazing angel. ❤️

Charlie was the big brother I never had. He married my sister, Sue 42 years ago. Since then, we have done many things together. Whether it was holidays, birthdays, vacations, etc, Charlie became immersed in our family, coming to every event. He was so
easy going, telling jokes and always smiling. Whether it was running down the dock to cannonball the kids in the lake or eating sloppy joes (his record of 8 still stands today), he was just an all around good guy who gave great hugs and helped out anyone who needed it ( I think he helped us move 3 times!) I am sad that he’s gone, he will definitely be missed, but I am glad
He and Sue will be together in heaven.
Sending you our deepest condolences and warm hugs during this heartbreaking time. We are all here for you for you. We love you!
Charlie was my neighbor and older brother to my good friend Bill who I went to school with. I always enjoyed speaking to him about cars, big engines etc. many years ago we drove truck together. At this time I owned a Peterbuilt and he said he wanted to know what it was like to truck over the road. Well Charlie let’s go . He drove with me for several weeks and landed a job in the Twin Cities. Charlie was a had worker never backing away from hard work.
I liked Charlie he was a good guy,. It’s been many years since I had seen him. I am saddened to learn of his passing. He and Sue are together now.
I wish his family the very best in life.
