Bob, I am so sorry for your loss! Trina was a wonderful person. She was always so nice and caring, never a bad word about anyone. My sympathies also to your children and grandchildren. I know she will be missed by many!
Trina was so friendly and fun ! I first met her when Rick brought me to meet the family before we were engaged! Her laughter was infectious, her enthusiasm was contagious! Since we were both teachers,we had lots to chat about . I learned a lot from her wisdom! I can remember thinking,” I would love for her to teach our children someday.” She loved her children and grandchildren with such joy! Trina took such great care of her Mom. She and Bob would make sure everything was fixed, and Clemmie had what she needed. I know Clemmie loved her company! She will be greatly missed.
Pam, give Rick my condolences.
Bob, I am so sorry for your great loss! Trina was a delight! I think it was about 3 years we worked together! What fun we had!! She always cheered people up! Trina and I loved dancing to the big band and fifties music at Withrow! We talked for an hour on the phone less than a week before she passed! I am still in shock! You were such a good husband to her. You could see how much you two loved each other. I pray for healing for you and your family. She loved her family!! She will be missed!! She was my friend! She will be missed by many!
With sincere sympathies from your friends at the Hugo Yellow Ribbon Network

Missy Gruwell and Family- Sending you thoughts of peace and courage as you remember your Mom,

I just found out of Mrs. Oswalds passing today. She was my first grade teacher back in 1995. Condolences to all her family and friends <3 I have one fond memory I always remember from our first grade class, it was the day we had real penguins come in to our class room. Long after this time I had the joy of serving her breakfast at Beartown when she would stop in. I remember her always having a smile on her face.
My mom loved having the penguins come into her class. I visited with my daughter once. I’m glad you have this memory too.
Mrs Oswald was my 1st grade teacher. We used to call her grandma and I remember when she would grade papers she would turn her O into a cute smiley face! She will be missed!
I had Mrs. Oswald as my first grade teacher way back in the mid/late 80s. She remained my favorite teacher. My sister Alisha followed the next year, then my brother bobby and youngest sibling Samantha all were lucky enough to all go through her classroom before we moved to Blackduck in the mid 90s. We all absolutely loved her, and she told my mom how lucky she felt to have us all. I always wanted to reach out over the years and let her know that we still talk about her impact on us. That’s what lead me here today. So sad to see this. I see it’s been a couple years, hopefully the family sees this. Blessings to you all. She was an absolute gem.
