Age 62 of Stanchfield, passed away on July 11, 2021. Carl was a fantastic artist, his artwork had been used by many local cities for logos and signage including Harris, Wyoming & Forest Lake. Carl also loved to ride his Harley Davidson.
Preceded in death by mother, Clara. Survived by son, Joseph Rafftery (Ashley Kounlabout); Joseph's mother, Christine Rafftery; father, Carl Anderson Sr.; brothers, Calvin, Bruce; nephews, Tyler, Brandon, Alex.
A celebration of Carl's life to be announced at a later date.
