Betty (Beverly) Erickson

Age 97+ of North Branch. Betty was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She passed peacefully surrounded by loving family on February 14, 2025. Betty is survived by son, Darryl (Pat) Erickson; daughter, Bonnie (John) Serpico; grandchildren, Michelle (Rob) Rehfeldt, Melissa Erickson, Tony (Shelley) Serpico, Michael Serpico , Tim (Lynn) Serpico; great-grandchildren, James (Mollie), Madi, Cody, Wyatt; great-great grandchildren, Brantley, Brooke; sister, Jeanette (Elton) Benson; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by husband, Melvin; siblings, Orv, Jimmy, Shirley. Betty’s greatest love was for her grandchildren. She also loved to play cards, often spending her afternoons organizing fun card games with friends and family. Betty also had a passion for bingo. Always staying active and engaged, Betty cherished her time connecting with others. An avid reader with a warm heart, she was known for her compassion and fun-loving spirit.Betty’s family extends a special thank you to the compassionate staff at Ecumen North Branch for their unwavering care and continued kindness. A Celebration of Betty’s Life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, March 1st at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake, with a visitation beginning at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to an association of the donor’s choice.
