Age 91 of Forest Lake, formerly of Lino Lakes. Loving Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Great-Grandpa, Great-Great-Grandpa & Brother. An angel gained his wings on June 24, 2023.
Preceded in death by wife, Betty; parents, Albert Diemert, Dorothy & Vernon Youmans; grandson, Eric Locker; son-in-law, Wayne Freedlund. Survived by children, Candace (Wayne) Robyn, Dorinda Swanson, Everett (Sandie) Diemert, Fonda (Bill) Foner, Gail (Mike) Unze; grandchildren, Eric, Shawn, Nychole (Nick), Adam (Tiffany), Amber (Luke), Heather, Morgan, Brooke (Brandon), Nash, Jody; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Nick, Joe, Lexie (DJ), Blake, Makenna, Vincent, Tyler, Kendall, Ayla, Aubrey, Miles; great-great-grandson, Nick; brother, Michael (Lorraine) Youmans; nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Thursday, July 13th with visitation one hour prior at St. Joseph of the Lakes Catholic Church, 171 Elm St, Lino Lakes.
On behalf of the Forest Lake American Legion Post 225, we give thanks for Alvin’s military service to our country in the Air Force. It will be a privilege to provide his military graveside honors.
