Douglas Bruce Lindman

Age 81, of Wyoming MN, passed away on March 10, 2026.

Doug was born July 12^th, 1944 in Minneapolis and raised in Brooklyn Center. After high school, he took a job at Onan Corporation in Fridley where he worked for forty-one years.

Doug married Barbara Anderson on December 27, 1975. After Barbara’s passing, Doug met Rhonda Ingebritson and they shared his remaining years together.

Doug loved northern Minnesota and the great outdoors. He spent lots of time with family and friends in and around Voyageurs National Park deer and grouse hunting and fishing. For many years, a group gathered at the “The Shack” and later Doug’s upgraded “Hermitage” where they made lifelong memories during hunting seasons.  Doug also enjoyed golfing at the Refuge in Oak Grove during retirement. In more recent years he also enjoyed spending time with Rhonda on her family farm in Staples, MN.

Doug is survived by Rhonda; brothers, Gary (Barb), Dale (Abbey) & Craig (Mary); sister, Judy Marfiz; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara; parents,  Eloy & Florence;  brothers,  Roger & Timothy, and nephew, James.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 29th from 2-4pm at Roberts Family Funeral Home in Forest Lake, MN.
