Janet Lane Drolson (MacKenzie)

Loving Mom, Nana & Great-Grandma, age 82 of Forest Lake, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2025.

Preceded in death by husband, Donald; grandson, Alex Tietje; parents, James & Julia MacKenzie; sister, Joan Laughlin. Survived by children, Julie (Larry) Tietje, Lyn (Jeff) Ryhn and David (Laurie); granddaughters, Kelsey, Ashlyn, Katie, Alyssa, Kyra and Kalley Rose; great-grandson, Callen; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jan had a great life and family. She was always there with a smile and helping hand. She loved to travel; her favorite trip was with the entire family in Disney Land. She and Don also liked to travel to Florida and Arizona. Jan enjoyed giving back to her community through many different volunteer activities.

A celebration of Jan’s life 5:30 PM with visitation beginning at 4 PM on Friday, November 21st at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake.
