  1. My earliest memories of Pete involves playing softball in our pasture! Using cow pies for the bases! He was always willing to engage his younger cousins in playing sports. Our Sunday family dinners were shared with aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents.

  2. Coach Tebben, as he was referred to in our house, was one of the best basketball coaches in Minnesota. We were fortunate enough to have “Coach Tebben” in our family life from 1963 to 1972, when he decided to retired (much to my dismay). The Kriesel family had the utmost respect for this great leader. We were able to enjoy 2 District 16 championships and play in the regionals at Williams Arena in 1967 and 1972. Between Dan, Steve, Dave and Scott we had a 10 year run playing under his expert tutelage. Those exciting Tuesday and Friday nights are always in our memories. We have been honored and blessed to have had Coach Tebben in our lives. Thanks Pete, for the memories.

    • Well said brother! Many great memories playing the great game of basketball with the greatest high school coach in the state. Again, thanks for the memories Coach!
