Age 98 of Forest Lake. Loving Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma, Sister, Aunt went to see the Lord unexpectedly on April 5, 2016. Preceded in death by husband, Herbert, daughter, Marilyn; grandson-in-law, Troy Dilley; 2 brothers; 4 sisters. Survived by children, David, Virginia (Wayne) Hoppke, Kenneth (Janice), Nancy (Keith) Komorous; brother, Curtis Barker; 12 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Bernices life 11 AM Saturday, April 9th at Grace Church, 432 11th Avenue SE, Forest Lake, with visitation one hour prior. Interment 11 AM Monday, April 11th at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, Minneapolis. Memorials preferred to Grace Church of Forest Lake.

SHE WAS A JOY, AN INSPIRATION, WE ALL HAD SUCH GREAT MOMENTS WITH HER, WE WILL MISS HER, BUT I FEEL SHE IS HOME NOW WITH HER MUCH LOVED SISTERS AND BROTHERS, HER DAUGHTER, HER PARENTS,, i CAN SEE OUR MOM WAITING WITH A “HALF OF CUP ” FOR HER! TWO BEAUTIFUL SOULS ONCE AGAIN TOGETHER. OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHY GOES OUT TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF SUCH A WONDERFUL LADY! LOVE TO ALL JACKIE AND HAZEN COUTTS AND FAMILY
